These Terms and Conditions govern your use of houseof44.com and any purchase made through the store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS
All products sold on houseof44.com are physical goods. Product descriptions, colorways, and design details are represented as accurately as possible. Minor variations due to screen calibration or monitor settings are inherent to digital display and do not constitute defects.
Design specifications including materials, construction, and design elements may evolve across collections as we refine and improve our products. The product you receive will correspond to the specifications listed at the time of your order.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. The price confirmed at checkout is the price charged.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our payment partners. Payment method availability may vary.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India through registered courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier operations, and circumstances outside our control.
Prepaid orders are prioritised for dispatch. Shipping charges and timelines applicable to your order will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed.
A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number once your order is dispatched.
6. CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by writing to support@houseoffortyfour.com with your order number in the subject line: CANCEL [Order Number].
After 12 hours, orders enter the processing queue and cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders that are refused or unclaimed at the time of delivery will be treated as returned and processed per our refund policy.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

In summary: we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. All claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@houseoffortyfour.com.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, copy, brand names, logos, and content published on houseof44.com are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Forty Four / Desyre Studio Design Solution LLP. Reproduction, distribution, or use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
House of Forty Four shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners, third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the relevant order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at houseof44.com/pages/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the site following updates constitutes acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or any transaction on houseof44.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgavi, Karnataka.
