We hold our products to a high standard. This policy exists to protect both that standard and your confidence in purchasing from us.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by writing to support@houseoffortyfour.com with the subject line: CANCEL [Order Number].

Once 12 hours have passed, your order will have entered the fulfilment process and cancellation will not be possible.

Orders that are refused or left unclaimed at delivery will be returned to us. Please write to us before refusing delivery we are always open to resolving concerns.

REFUNDS - WHEN WE ISSUE THEM

We issue refunds or replacements in the following circumstances: The product you received has a manufacturing defect. The product delivered does not match your confirmed order. Your order was lost in transit and remains undelivered beyond 15 business days. We are unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances on our end.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or gifting errors.

HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

Write to us at support@houseoffortyfour.com within 48 hours of delivery. Subject line: CLAIM [Order Number]

Your email should include: Your order number and registered contact details ,A clear description of the issue Photographs showing the condition of the product as received

Claims for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted. We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days.

REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

In the event of a defective or incorrectly fulfilled product, we will arrange a replacement where stock is available. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
