These Terms and Conditions govern your use of houseof44.com and any purchase made through the store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

All products sold on houseof44.com are physical goods. Product descriptions, colorways, and design details are represented as accurately as possible. Minor variations due to screen calibration are inherent to digital display and do not constitute defects.

  1. PRICING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. The price confirmed at checkout is the price charged.

  1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across India through registered courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone once your order is dispatched.

  1. CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by writing to support@houseoffortyfour.com with subject line: CANCEL [Order Number]. After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, copy, brand names, logos, and content on houseof44.com are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Forty Four / Desyre Studio Design Solution LLP. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

House of Forty Four shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgavi, Karnataka.
